The Windsor Group Inspire through 3i

Dozens of senior managers from leading companies across Hampshire attended a special breakfast briefing in February organised by The Windsor Group. This inaugural event marked the launch of a new portfolio of impactful and inspiring organisational, management and personal development training courses.

The business seminar at the Hilton Hotel, Chilworth, offered delegates the opportunity to hear Mike Rushworth, Managing Director of Vitacress Ltd, give a rousing presentation on the importance of investing in staff. Vivien Davies, a Training Consultant with The Windsor Group, wrapped up the event with an invaluable interactive training workshop entitled ‘Inspirational Leadership’.

The Windsor Group is a network of highly skilled and experienced learning providers, with a £330 million turnover, 16,000 employees, and responsibility for 52% of the government training provision in the South of England.

The new 3i portfolio covers a broad range of 35 in-house training courses, ranging from Talent Management to Emotional Intelligence. The programme is specifically designed to challenge, energise and inspire businesses and the people within, delivered in a flexible way for today’s business needs.
