Sue is a dynamic, humorous, enthusiastic trainer and coach with an excellent track record in people development Sue is self -motivated, client focused and possesses a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. Her background in retail management and property consultancy leads to a natural ability in working effectively with people at all levels and a passion for effective communication using NLP which gives her a valuable insight into the needs of her clients. Sue has developed and delivers annually a bespoke, creativity & innovation workshop for Mansell Construction Services Graduate Programme.Her work includes design & delivery on a national customer service training programme for Tesco, Asda, Dunn’s, Sainsbury’s & Marks & Spencer. Sue went on to adapt this course to include brand awareness and brand perception and delivered this to DLA Piper and Clifford Chance, two of the largest International law firms.Her work with the NHS has included workshops in stress management (which she has also delivered for the Canadian High Commission) and one and two day workshops on assertive communication. Many of the training facilitators we use have similar experience and reputations.
