Our experience and business focus

We are an established network of highly skilled, experienced and business focused learning providers here for the long term. We have 16,000 employees with a turnover of £330 million through twelve of the largest colleges of further education in the South East. Our colleges are graded ‘outstanding’ or ‘good’ by Ofsted for leadership and management. We provide high quality, flexible business training that is responsive to the needs of the 14,000 employers (large and small) that we work with. Our mission is to work for business and our business development teams will provide you with the quickest routes to training and excellent value for money.

We keep up to date with the latest management and development learning and all our colleges are regularly accredited on their quality of training and training delivery. Windsor Group Colleges have obtained the following accreditations:

Economies of scale and value for money

Our standard charge for a one-day business course is £200 per delegate. However, local discounts are often available and we help employers to source funding assistance whenever possible.
